Two men arrested after stealing air conditioners from Brick Sandy victim Asbury Park Press Brick police arrested two Ocean County men who they say stole air conditioners from a home damaged by superstorm Sandy. Steven A. Smith, 49, of Central Boulevard, Brick, and Edward Kinney III, 34, of Salem Road, Point Pleasant, were charged with theft.
